Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order number.

To start a return, please contact us at noliftnails@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at noliftnails@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used press on nail sets
  • Opened nail kits or application products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Only unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like a different style, size, or product, the quickest option is to return your eligible item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
